Placing an order does not guarantee the availability or willingness of our affiliated attorneys to perform legal services. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order at our sole and absolute discretion. Uploading additional lengthy documentation that requires review, or complicated matters which require lengthy letters may be out of scope and may result in a higher charge, to be agreed upon. There are no guarantees. You should consult an attorney for individual advice regarding your own situation. The use of any material on this site shall not constitute the establishment of any form of an attorney-client relationship; nor does contacting us create an attorney-client relationship. You acknowledge that the only service that you are contracting with us for is to prepare and send out a letter on your behalf, written by an attorney, on said attorney’s stationery. There is no retainer fee paid and the only fee that is being paid is for the preparation and mailing of said letter on your behalf. There is no contemplation between the parties that there will be any other service, legal or otherwise, rendered other than the preparation of a letter and you are advised to aggressively pursue your legal remedies in a timely manner on your own or to consult and/or retain another lawyer. You are further advised that there are time periods in which to do certain things in litigation as well as statutes of limitations which, if not followed, will prevent your recovery and you acknowledge that no advice is or was given to you as to these time frames in which you need to file suit or respond or to file other pleadings. We will forward all communications we receive in response to your letter, however, will not respond without further compensation and agreement. Should you decide to or wish to proceed further, then you will need to contact another lawyer and retain them or retain us, all of which will be the subject of a written retainer agreement within and according to the rules of ethics set forth by the State Bar of California or Florida, depending on the applicable jurisdiction, should we agree to represent you. If your order is not approved, as we reserve the right to approve or reject an order for any reason, you will be notified and refunded within 24 hours.
