How quickly will I receive my legal letter?
Once we receive your order, an attorney will e-mail a draft of your letter for your review within 72 hours (express options are available for an additional fee). Upon your approval, we will mail the letter immediately. All return correspondence will be forwarded to you. If your order is not approved, you will be notified and refunded within 24 hours.
What shipping method do you use once I approve my letter?
We ship via USPS Fist Class mail. We can also e-mail your letter to your recipient. For an additional fee, we can ship Registered Mail, or via Express carriers.
Which U.S. states are you registered in?
We are registered with the California Bar Association and Florida Bar Association. All lawyer letters must either be sent to or from California or Florida, or the issue must have arisen in CA or FL.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept via the Shopify payment platform all major credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards), as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, and financing options through Affirm. We can also accept Venmo, Zelle, or Wise if you contact us directly.
